For rack deliveries, we use experienced carriers, with whom we have longstanding contractual relationships. Our dedicated logistics team monitors the handling of your order from start to finish, and we are only a phone call away if you have questions about tracking your order once shipped.
We have added another shipping method with Fed Ex Freight. This is 2nd day delivery throughout the southeast and even into some midwest locations. The product is shipped on a Pallet Shipper (see picture below)that holds anywhere from 56 to 80 trays. The cost to the cost will be somewhere between Fed Ex and truck shipping. This method reduces the risk of damage because it is not tumbling down the conveyor system at Fed Ex but still delivers the same delivery schedules we have come to expect from Fed Ex.
FedEx shipments are also available for smaller orders, giving our customers’ maximum flexibility.
